*Recipe 1: Vanilla Cake with Strawberry Buttercream*

Ingredients:

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Mashed banana
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy. Add mashed banana, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Beat just until combined.
5. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

*Recipe 2: Flaky Croissants*

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups warm milk (105°F to 115°F)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir to dissolve yeast, then let sit for 5-10 minutes or until frothy.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and melted butter.
3. Add yeast mixture to dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
4. Knead dough for 10-12 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
5. Roll out dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6mm).
6. Cut into triangles and roll each triangle into a croissant shape.
7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

*Recipe 3: Fudgy Brownies*

Ingredients:

- 1 and 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter, plus more for greasing the pan
- 2 cups of sugar
- 12 spoon of aquafaba
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with butter and line with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add aquafaba and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually mix in flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
